DC Sketchers explored foreshortening and perspective at Meridian Hill Park - a National Historic Landmark maintained by the National Park Service. Designed in the early 20th century, modeled on classical European urban parks, the park is made for perceptive drawing with lots of rewarding vistas, featuring statues and cascading fountains.
